Keep ’em coming…

“I shot this photo at the District Education Office in Pokhara. Later, I was reading about foreign aid in Nepal which now amounts to nearly 5% of GDP and seems to be intertwined with this country’s existence. It has been labelled a “self-perpetuating industry”, amongst other very critical comments. I looked at this photo again and couldn’t help wondering: “Are we just blowing bubbles?”. Well the kid seems to be enjoying himself…”
